PRACTICE OVERVIEW

A progressive independent private practice group of 30 + radiologists have new opportunity for growth. This democratically run group strives for a good work life balance and promotes a culture of teamwork. We strive to provide excellent service without a primary focus on productivity.  Currently, we are transitioning from multiple IT platforms of our hospital and outpatient locations to a solo robust IT platform.  We have been partnered with our regional healthcare system predominately located in the state of Kentucky and Southern Indiana for over 50 years. We have a full-service outpatient imaging center in Southern Indiana which is Joint ventured with our local community hospital that has been open since 2006.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a full-time fellowship trained Diagnostic Radiologist and will entertain any fellowship.  Qualified candidates should be capable of performing general radiologic interpretations and procedures with an emphasis on your fellowship training.   

Various compensation models are available ranging from a traditional partnership track to a pure productivity non-partnership model. An overnight position could also be an option for a candidate desiring this type of position. 

All positions will have full benefits which include 401k plan and fully paid medical insurance and HSA. Access to group vision, dental and life insurance plans. A generous CME allowance is given to each physician. Malpractice coverage is provided through an occurrence-based policy as opposed to a claims made policy.

You can live in beautiful Southern Indiana or Louisville, KY. You could also choose to live in Lexington or Elizabethtown KY if you prefer to work at these locations. Remote reading positions are also available.

Requirements

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Skill set in General Diagnostic Radiology with emphasis in your fellowship training.
  • Service oriented with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Partnership track positions and productivity-based positions available

 DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy with certification by the American Board of Radiology.
  • Fellowship training is desirable.
